We aim to dispatch all orders received within 48 hours once the order and payment has been received. Please note that bank holidays may delay this by 1 day.  

You will receive an email with your order confirmation and also when your order is dispatched. All orders will be tracked and tracking information will be provided to you.

Important to note that you may be liable to pay any taxes or import duty on items that you order. Failure to do so may result in your order being returned to us. In these circumstances we will endeavour to refund you for your order but not the cost of shipping or return.

In the event of any unforeseen delays to the order, you shall be notified of the delay by email.
